Response and Support Policy.

Inter-M has and operates a task force team for cyber security.
Through this, we are responding to cyber security issues for users who use our products.

All users of Inter-M's products can report any security issues found when using the product through the e-mail below and receive improvements from Inter-M's cyber security task force team.

All security issues reported by e-mail will be informed of the response plan within 10 business days, and improvements will be disclosed through the vulnerability report on this page within 90 business days or on the date agreed with the user who reported issues. Cyber security support for inter-M’s products are guaranteed for five years from the launch of each product.
